
Please contact the Public Works Department at 60 to make an appointment for collection. Bulk exceptions are all metal items and "white goods" including washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.


Mattresses and box springs must be wrapped in plastic. Each item shall not weigh more than 50-pounds. Residents are allowed three bulky items each week during their regular garbage collection. Bulk waste consists of items to be discarded which are too large to fit into your cart. Bulk Waste Pick-Upīulk waste will be picked up on your regular collection day. When a holiday falls on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, collection will be on the Saturday following the holiday. When a holiday falls on Monday or Tuesday, collection normally scheduled for that weekday will be the Saturday before the holiday. Trash receptacles shall be removed from the street within forty-eight (48) hours of garbage collection. of the day prior to the scheduled collection. Garbage shall be placed for collection no earlier than 5:00 P.M. Please be sure to place carts or bulk waste at the curb by that time.
